About Us
After a hiatus of 35 years in production, there’s an exciting initiative to revive and reintroduce Fung Keong Sneakers to the market. This revival involves a collaborative effort between Rabak-Lit authors and talents within the industry. The primary aim of these brand collaborations is to captivate and invigorate fans by offering something of considerable value—a limited-edition product, collectible item, or a distinctive offering—to elevate their connection with the brand.
Culture, Fashion & Attitude:
Fung Keong gained widespread popularity during the 1980s, propelled by the release of the film “Kembara Seniman Jalanan” in 1986, where it was prominently worn by the renowned singer M. Nasir and poet-actor Pyanhabib. Embraced by the younger generation, particularly those passionate about rock music, Fung Keong shoes became an emblem of the rock era, sought after by those eager to be a part of its cultural resonance.
