We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia only. For international shipping, please contact us at admin@fsneakers.com to discuss special arrangements.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Time
West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
East Malaysia: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service workload.
4. Shipping Charges

5. Order Tracking

FK Sneakers Empire is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
7. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package at admin@fsneakers.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
